All our Cyanoacrylate Adhesives currently come in 1oz and 2oz bottles, other sizes are available by request.

April 2009 - BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics has been a leader in epoxy formulation and resin technologies for over a combined 80 years. With this technology BCC/Blehm has develop a new low-viscosity epoxy Adhesive/Laminating Resin for tooling and part bonding. BC5009 is an unfilled room temperature curing epoxy system with high performance capabilities.

Built for companies needing a 30 minute pot-life and easy applied adhesive for bonding items like tooling/modeling boards, mid-to-large epoxy parts and other typical bonding environments the BC5009 epoxy system will perform to your expectations. BC5009 is easy to mix, easy to apply by brush or trowel and has excellent adhesion to most tooling materials and applications.

The BC50009 system also has the advantage of being a color-indicated system allowing for a visual indicator of proper mix ratio. A green hardener and amber resin when mixed to the proper ratio cures to light translucent amber.

April 2009 – BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics, innovators of the Epoxy clay systems, Polyurethane Fast cast systems and many other products have done it again with their newest innovations. The BC100 and BC150 Polyurethane adhesive systems, super fast set bonding of multiple substrates.

The BC110 is superfast set 1-2 minute polyurethane adhesive for applications that require super fast setting adhesive and excellent strength. Developed for quick repairs to automotive trims, dash panels and holding fixtures. The BC110 also is used in sport foot wear bonding of soles and quick design bonds.

The BC150 is a fast 5-15 minute gel-time polyurethane system for excellent automotive, marine, and sign and prototypes. Has excellent bonding strength to multiple substrates and materials without primer. Designed for bonding applications that require a longer gel-time then our BC110 superfast system BC150 allows more time for adjusting the set and placement.

Both the BC110 and BC150 polyurethane systems are a 1:1 mix ratio available in 50ml and 400ml cartridges, and bonds well to such surfaces such as Aluminum, Stainless steel, ABS, PVC, Polyurethane, Composites, Thermoplastics, Thermosetting Plastics, Wood, Glass, Concrete without any use of primers or heat treating.

BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics Expands Production Facility

September 2, 2008 - BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics adds production and warehouse space. In an effort to support larger production orders and current business BCC/Blehm announces the addition of a 20,000+ sq/ft for warehouse and production of specialty resin manufacture.

In a added effort to to support current order requests and future orders BCC/Blehm has found the need to add space to their Franklin Indiana facility. The addition that is scheduled to be finished late August early September will immediate house raw materials and Shipping and Receiving functions until additional Production areas are expanded.

BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics will enjoy their second major expansion in its History of Business in Indiana. After the purchase and consolidation of Blehm Plastics in 2006/2007 BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics has been producing both product lines in the existing facility. "The Addition will allow us to support our current customer’s better and future project" says President Roger Brunette. With this expansion BCC/Blehm will have a total of 40,000+ Warehousing and Production space.

EB6200 - High-Temp Epoxy Tooling Board

BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics announces their newest tooling board for the composites industries. BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics have just developed their EB6200 a high-temperature epoxy tooling board. Built to the exacting standards of all BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics product line the new EB6200 high-temperature tooling board is ideal for those using prepreg in construction of tools for composite parts. After extensive testing the EB6200 has shown that e ven at the temperature range of 325oF the board shows little effects.

Available in 2, 4, 6”x 24”x60” dimensions the EB6200 has been developed to fit the need of those in the aerospace, motorsport and automotive industries. The material has excellent aspect and cutting performance and shaves and creates little dust to save on cutting tools and clean-up after cutting.

The EB6200 has a shore hardness of 70D and a density in the 47lb/ft3 it is becoming the favorite among epoxy board users. BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics has been a leader in innovative and performance products for over a combined 80 years and the EB6200 is no exception.

May 2008- BC8160 "Living hinge"
BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics announces their newest prototyping resin. The BC8160 prototyping resin is a impact, abrasion resistant polyurethane resin that can be used in all types of designs and models. BC8160 has a high memory when casted into shapes and can return to those shapes with exacting results. Built for designers and prototypes that require a “living hinge” type of material BC8160 is their ideal choice.

BC8160 is a light amber color with the ability to be tinted using BCC Products colorants. The BC8160 cures to a 62 shore D material with a flexural modulus in the 78,000 range.
