BC4570
High Heat Filler

A multi-purpose two part filler paste developed for making quick repairs to a variety of substrates where service temperature exceeds 400°F (204°C). It exhibits good adhesion to SMC, FRP, hi-heat Epoxy molds, many metals, etc. BC 4570 can be readily shaped by filing, grinding or machining after cure. Excellent for under the waterline repairs and fairing compound applications

Jason Lingle Joins BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics

October 2008 - BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics is proud to announce the addition of Jason Lingle as Midwest Sales Representative. Reporting directly to President and Owner Roger Brunette, Lingle will be responsible for driving sales in the Midwest/Central Region of the United States. In this position Lingle will be assisting distribution channels, developing direct sales and market coverage for all BCC Products Inc /Blehm Plastics product lines.

Lingle comes to BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics with 13 years of strategic product sales experience with several successful national firms. BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics Expands Production Facility

September 2, 2008 - BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics adds production and warehouse space. In an effort to support larger production orders and current business BCC/Blehm announces the addition of a 20,000+ sq/ft for warehouse and production of specialty resin manufacture.

In a added effort to to support current order requests and future orders BCC/Blehm has found the need to add space to their Franklin Indiana facility. The addition that is scheduled to be finished late August early September will immediate house raw materials and Shipping and Receiving functions until additional Production areas are expanded.

BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics will enjoy their second major expansion in its History of Business in Indiana. After the purchase and consolidation of Blehm Plastics in 2006/2007 BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics has been producing both product lines in the existing facility. "The Addition will allow us to support our current customer’s better and future project" says Marketing Director Nevin Speerbrecker. With this expansion BCC/Blehm will have a total of 40,000+ Warehousing and Production space.

EB6200 - High-Temp Epoxy Tooling Board

BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics announces their newest tooling board for the composites industries. BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics have just developed their EB6200 a high-temperature epoxy tooling board. Built to the exacting standards of all BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics product line the new EB6200 high-temperature tooling board is ideal for those using prepreg in construction of tools for composite parts. After extensive testing the EB6200 has shown that e ven at the temperature range of 325oF the board shows little effects.

Available in 2, 4, 6”x 24”x60” dimensions the EB6200 has been developed to fit the need of those in the aerospace, motorsport and automotive industries. The material has excellent aspect and cutting performance and shaves and creates little dust to save on cutting tools and clean-up after cutting.

The EB6200 has a shore hardness of 72D and a density in the 47lb/ft3 it is becoming the favorite among epoxy board users. BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics has been a leader in innovative and performance products for over a combined 80 years and the EB6200 is no exception.

BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics announces their newest prototyping resin. The BC8160 prototyping resin is a impact, abrasion resistant polyurethane resin that can be used in all types of designs and models. BC8160 has a high memory when casted into shapes and can return to those shapes with exacting results. Built for designers and prototypes that require a “living hinge” type of material BC8160 is their ideal choice.

BC8160 is a light amber color with the ability to be tinted using BCC Products colorants. The BC8160 cures to a 62 shore D material with a flexural modulus in the 78,000 range.
