Accurately dispenses up to 2 quarts of unmixed 2-part resin per minute. Mixer manifolds, heaters, and other custom options are available. Handles material viscosities to 7000 centipoise (cps) or more with optional heater.

Goo-Grinder

Uses gear pumps and chain drive to accurately meter two part materials.
Ratio range is 1:1 to 6:1. Fixed ratio is easily adjusted by changing drive sprockets.

One, two, or five gallon reservoirs are available along with drum feed. Output is up to1.5 quarts per minute, less with more viscus materials. For non-abrasive materials with viscosities from 300 to 50,000 cps or more with optional heater.

Super E

Air Powered Low Cost Two Part Meter Mix System For Epoxies, Urethanes, and Silicones
Super E, Shown With Urethane Options. A break through in both capital cost reduction and operating costs, the Super E is a simple durable two part meter mix machine that will handle any self leveling material.

Piston type pumps with hard parts give it long life and resistance to abrasives.

Choose either continuous pulsing flow of three to four pounds per minute or a 5 to 50 cc single shot with an adjustable stop. Available in ratios from 1:1 to 16:1, ratio is adjustable over a smaller range.

For use with urethanes optional hoses, iso oilers and desiccant tubes on the reservoirs are offered as a no cost option.

Shown with Standard 9ft. hoses, gun, and 5 gallon reservoirs.

A simple, yet highly capable, dispensing machine. Delivers accurately metered material through a static mixer. Output adjustable from slow and gentle to 1 gallon per minute!

Easy slide ratio adjustment, ratios from 6:100 to 1:1 are available. Will dispense out of 55-gallon drums, pressure pots or 6-gallon cans. The base machine is ready to do most jobs, but there are lots of options.

Ram Flow

Constant Flow, Two Part Metering System.
A Simple, yet highly capable, dispensing machine. For dispensing two part, high viscosity materials. Accurate to within 1%. Eliminates weighing/mixing errors. Output adjustable to more than 1 gallon per minute! Convenient solvent flush system. Delivers a constant flow of accurately metered material though a static mix head. Easy slide ratio adjustment. Ratios adjustable from 3.5:100 to 15:100. Pumps directly from a 55-gallon drum. Spray Gun available for spray mold making.

VR-5

The VR-5 pumps directly out of 5 gallon open head shipping containers. Dual cylinder rams insure positive material feed. A hand gun with snuff back ensures accurate, clean adhesive placement. Simple durable piston pumps ensure long life and easy maintenance.

FR6

The FR6 is a compact system with big machine features. It is capable for delivering up to 15lbs of mixed resin per minute, great for large mold filling. This system is also an excellent choiuce for high volume bead dispensing applications. Maximum single stroke volumke is 197 cc's at a 1:1 ratio of 147 cc's at a 2:1 ratio. The FR6's foot print is 38"x28" and it stands only 36" high. It comes standard with nine-foot hoses and a mixer gun that uses disposable static mixers. The FR6 is available in a 1:1 or 2:1 fixed ratio system.
