BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics is proud to announce the addition of the specialty chemistry of Cyanoacrylate Adhesives to our quality product line. The BC100 families of cyanoacrylates offer fast cure speeds and are formulated to bond those hard to bond surfaces with dependable strength. The BC100 adhesive comes in three formulas BC100 Thin, BC100 Medium and BC100 Thick. All perform to the exacting standards that all BCC Products are known for. All our Cyanoacrylate Adhesives currently come in 1oz and 2oz bottles, other sizes are available by request.

Toll Manufacturing

BCC Products has been in business for over 30 years. We have been assisting other organizations with toll manufacturing for over 10 years. The BCC manufacturing facilities are ideally suited for the specific needs of manufacturing products from as small as grams to as large as tons. Our equipment is state-of-art and allows us to facilitate a wide range of multi-step processes.

Our manufacturing area consists of 30,000 square feet and we are in the process of adding on another 20,000 square feet to assist in the toll-manufacturing and specialty formualtion processes we offer. Our equipment is arranged to allow functional groupings of products and resin development. The BCC staff are experts in handling all kinds of chemistries and products. Over our 30 years of manufactering we have developed a best practice approach to health, safety, and security matters.

Our customers range from high-tech start-ups with no manufacturing capabilities to some of the best known chemical companies in the world. Our projects are always conducted under confidentiality aggrements to protect our customers intellectual property. Toll Manufacturing project pricing depends on the scope and nature of work requested but options include time, materials required, fixed fee or dollar per unit.

The BC8160 prototyping resin is a impact, abrasion resistant polyurethane resin that can be used in all types of designs and models. BC8160 has a high memory when casted into shapes and can return to those shapes with exacting results. Built for designers and prototypes that require a “living hinge” type of material BC8160 is their ideal choice.
