BC4570
High Heat Filler
A multi-purpose two part filler paste developed for making quick repairs to a
variety of substrates where service temperature exceeds 400°F (204°C). It exhibits
good adhesion to SMC, FRP, hi-heat Epoxy molds, many metals, etc. BC 4570 can be
readily shaped by filing, grinding or machining after cure. Excellent for under
the waterline repairs and fairing compound applications

BCC Products has been in business for over 30 years. We have been assisting other
organizations with toll manufacturing for over 10 years. The BCC manufacturing facilities
are ideally suited for the specific needs of manufacturing products from as small as
grams to as large as tons. Our equipment is state-of-art and allows us to facilitate
a wide range of multi-step processes.
Our manufacturing area consists of 30,000 square feet and we are in the process of
adding on another 20,000 square feet to assist in the toll-manufacturing and specialty
formualtion processes we offer. Our equipment is arranged to allow functional groupings
of products and resin development. The BCC staff are experts in handling all kinds
of chemistries and products. Over our 30 years of manufactering we have developed a
best practice approach to health, safety, and security matters.
Our customers range from high-tech start-ups with no manufacturing capabilities to
some of the best known chemical companies in the world. Our projects are always
conducted under confidentiality aggrements to protect our customers intellectual
property. Toll Manufacturing project pricing depends on the scope and nature of
work requested but options include time, materials required, fixed fee or dollar
per unit.

BC8160
NEW!
The BC8160 prototyping resin is a impact, abrasion resistant polyurethane resin that can be
used in all types of designs and models. BC8160 has a high memory when casted into shapes and can
return to those shapes with exacting results. Built for designers and prototypes that require
a “living hinge” type of material BC8160 is their ideal choice.
