BC100 Cyanoacrylate Adhesives BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics is proud to announce the addition of the specialty chemistry of
Cyanoacrylate Adhesives to our quality product line. The BC100 families of cyanoacrylates offer
fast cure speeds and are formulated to bond those hard to bond surfaces with dependable strength.
The BC100 adhesive comes in three formulas BC100 Thin, BC100 Medium and BC100 Thick. All perform to
the exacting standards that all BCC Products are known for. All our Cyanoacrylate Adhesives currently
come in 1oz and 2oz bottles, other sizes are available by request. |
Urethane Elastomers
BCC Products Urethane elastomers are ideal for industries looking for a mix of
shore A hardness materials for molding and those looking for a shore D material for
more durable type molds. Our urethane elastomers are used from concrete molds and stamping
molds to prototyping molds that require more parts per mold then standard silicone molds.
BC8640E Urethane Elastomer BC8640E is an easy to use polyurethane elastomer that is suitable for
many applications. Special product characteristics include: room temperature
mixing and curing, excellent hydrolytic stability, produces durable products
that are easily produced, does not contain MOCA, MDA or MDI. Return to Top BC8660E Urethane Elastomer BC8660E is a multi-purpose elastomer that can perform many functions.
Special product characteristics are: excellent use for molds for casting
of concrete and plaster, resists moisture absorption, does not contain
MOCA, MDA, TDI or MDI, very easy to use and cures at room temperature. Return to Top BC8675E Urethane Elastomer BC 8675E is a multi-purpose elastomer that can perform many functions.
Typical product features are: easy to use, cures at room temperature,
resists moisture absorption, excellent in use for molds for casting of
concrete and plaster, does not contain MOCA, MDA, TDI or MDI. Product
uses include: mold fabrication, shock absorbent pads and liners, excellent
as an adhesive for high strength and resilient bonds, electrical potting
and cable sealing applications, various types of urethane rubber parts. Return to Top BC8690E Urethane Elastomer BC 8690E is a two-component urethane elastomer compound specifically
designed for casting applications. This product is a safe, easy-to-handle,
room temperature mixing and curing system that contains no TDI, MDA or
MOCA. BC 8690E is insensitive to moisture during storage and normal
handling; hence, this system will make dependably good void-free parts
without the foaming problems that some conventional urethane systems
exhibit. The low shrinkage, low viscosity, superior toughness, and excellent
detail reproduction of BC 8690E makes this system ideal for general
purpose castings and quality tooling operations. Return to Top BC8860 Urethane Elastomer BC8860 is a low viscosity two-component urethane casting compound that is
specifically formulated for high abrasion and impact resistance. It is
recommended for use for the production casting of highly wear-resistant
parts and linings. This product is a safe, easy-to-handle, room temperature
mixing and curing system that does not contain TDI, MDI, or MOCA. BC8860 is
relatively insensitive to typical environmental moisture and will make good
void-free parts without the problems that some conventional urethane

specifically formulated for high abrasion and impact resistance. It is
